7 Natural Remedies That Reliefs a Hangover

Overindulgence in alcohol causes dehydration, affects digestion and causes blood sugar levels to drop, which leads to a wide range of symptoms of a hangover. The many harmful toxins found in alcohol requires detoxification in order to protect your brain, kidney, and liver from damage. What better way to deal with a hangover than to eat and drink nature’s effective and readily available remedies.

1. Water

Alcohol consumption dehydrates the body leading to an accumulation of toxins. Re- hydrating your body constantly is one of the most effective ways of getting rid of the symptoms of a hangover. Water is a natural and effective remedy that will help dilute impurities from the body as well as hydrate it. Drink eight to ten glasses of water.
